This policy applies specifically to the Unlock with Adkar & Quran browser extension and is separate from the ExtensionShop marketplace privacy policy.

Unlock with Adkar & Quran does not collect the following types of information:

• The pages you visit: the extension never reads, records or changes them
• Your Google account, name, email or any personal identifiers
• Analytics, telemetry, ads or crash reports of any kind
• Your blocklist: it is used only on your device to build Chrome's blocking rules
• Data sent to any developer server: there is no Unlock with Adkar server

3. How We Use Your Information

Collected data is used exclusively for the following purposes:

• Providing and maintaining the core functionality of Unlock with Adkar & Quran
• Saving your preferences and settings for a personalized experience
• Diagnosing and fixing bugs or technical issues

4. Data Storage and Security

Unlock with Adkar & Quran stores data locally in your browser using the browser's built-in storage APIs (chrome.storage / localStorage). Data remains on your device and is not transmitted to external servers unless explicitly stated.

Data retention: Your settings, progress, bookmarks and cached Quran pages stay in your browser until you change or remove them, or uninstall the extension, which deletes them automatically. When the extension is removed, Chrome also removes its blocking rules.

5. Third-Party Data Sharing

The only network request is for Quran page text from the public api.alquran.cloud service; it contains only a page number and a text edition, and the text is displayed and cached, never run. Adkar and fonts are built in. Three links open a normal browser tab only when you act: "Support" opens the developer's Ko-fi page, "Rate it" opens the extension's Chrome Web Store reviews, and uninstalling opens a short optional feedback form on Tally that receives nothing unless you fill it in and submit it.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for their marketing or commercial purposes.

6. Browser Permissions

Unlock with Adkar & Quran requests the following browser permissions. Each permission is required for specific functionality and is used only for its stated purpose:

No permissions are used to collect data beyond what is described in Section 2 of this policy. We follow the principle of least privilege and only request permissions essential for the extension's functionality.
