3. Marketplace and Purchases

Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on ExtensionShop are in USD unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processors.

Refunds

Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis. If you experience technical issues with a purchased extension that cannot be resolved, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Digital products that have been fully delivered and function as described may not be eligible for refunds.

Licenses

When you purchase an extension from ExtensionShop, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the extension in accordance with the specific license terms provided by the developer. This license does not transfer ownership.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The ExtensionShop website, including its design, logo, text, graphics, and software, is the property of ExtensionShop and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Extensions sold on our marketplace remain the intellectual property of their respective developers. ExtensionShop does not claim ownership of third-party extensions.

5. User Content and Reviews

By submitting reviews, comments, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with our services. You represent that any content you submit is accurate and does not violate any third-party rights.

We reserve the right to remove any user content that violates these terms or could harm other users or our platform.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ExtensionShop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including:

• Loss of data, revenue, or profits
• Business interruption or loss of business opportunity
• Damages resulting from extension malfunction or incompatibility
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Any other matter related to the use of our platform

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to ExtensionShop in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

ExtensionShop provides its services on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ExtensionShop and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to ExtensionShop at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. Provisions that should survive termination shall remain in effect.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ExtensionShop operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
